Diversity and inclusion are in our DNA, and not just in a ‘check the box’ kind of way. We are a diverse team of all colors and creeds and geographical locations, and we work tirelessly to be recognized as a driving force of change.
For the Coronavirus Prevention Network project, including minorities could never be an afterthought, because that could have jeopardized the vaccine studies, so we put diversity and inclusion front and center, and kept it at the forefront throughout.
Even though we are a minority owned business, we did full research to understand the audiences: social listening, in-depth interviews with diverse groups of people, used trusted community messengers to connect and spread the right information, and reacted quickly when results were not as inclusive or strong as expected.
