Sankofa + Gates Foundation

In 2021, the Gates Foundation released a strategic DEI initiative that included a batch of three-year goals — not endpoints so much as checkpoints along a much longer path.

In 2023, Socialisssima partnered with Sankofa Consulting to develop the DEI Progress Report for the Gates Foundation.

We worked closely with both organizations to create a compelling and visually engaging report that effectively communicated the performance results and their progress towards a greater DEI goal.
